Joni and Friends is a faith based non-profit that serves those affected by disabilities. Our St. Louis office is currently in need of a volunteer that could act as an event coordinator. As such, they would manage projects designed to serve those affected by disabilities, as well as projects to encourage potential and existing donors to support the ministry. As a non-profit, we rely on our volunteers to accomplish the needs of the ministry, and building positive relationships with those we serve, and those that help us serve, is vital for an effective ministry.

To communicate the Gospel and equip Christ-honoring Churches worldwide to evangelize and disciple people affected by disabilities. In doing this, we: We present the clear and concise Gospel of Jesus Christ to all people with disabilities and their families served through our programs; We train, disciple, and mentor people affected by disability to exercise their gifts of leadership and service in the church and their communities; We energize the church to move from lack of awareness to including disabled persons into the fabric of worship, fellowship, and outreach.
