Greet and assist clients, family members and general public as they visit the offices of the Center for Independent Living (CIL). The CIL provides services and support to individuals with disabilities. Also responsible for answering 8-line desk phone and general data entry/office assistance as needed.
Reception Ambassador is needed on the 2 nd Tuesday of the month from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and on the 4 th Thursday of the month also from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Office is located inside of the CenterState Bank, near the Presbyterian Homes tower.
Experience with searching Internet for information, ability to utilize a database, MS Office Suite preferable, and the openness to learning new skills. Communicate with appropriate grammar and demonstrate appropriate business conduct.
