Position Title: Data Quality Assistant
Department: Administration / Outcomes, Learning & Evaluation Team
Location: UFC Office
Commitment: At least 4 hours per week
Position Available: Immediately

Position Description and Duties: The Outcomes, Learning & Evaluation Team (OLE) is seeking a volunteer to help with data review and quality control for our College Readiness and College Sponsorship Programs. Each program recently began using new data entry tools and we need assistance reviewing all program data for accuracy and usefulness. The task would involve reviewing data reports to make sure all fields are properly populated and that data is entered in the correct fields. The position may also entail creating reports to summarize findings and working with the OLE team to identify data issues and trends.
Skills and Qualities: Basic to intermediate experience with computers: Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) data entry, and databases. Candidates with data entry/database experience preferred. Candidates will possess the stamina and patience to process large amounts of data for extended periods of time.
Volunteer Process: Volunteers are recruited for open positions until the positions are filled. They are selected based on their skills, commitment and availability. Prior to beginning service, volunteers are required to attend an orientation, get fingerprinted and pass a background check. UFC is seeking to build a meaningful, long-term relationship with its volunteer community and is looking for volunteers eager to connect with our organization’s mission and youth.
