We are an independent living community for seniors. I need volunteers to help with specific games and events--decorating, etc. I need someone that is computer savy to help put together notebooks for training for our residents. We have a garden and I need someone that likes to work in the garden to help our seniors maintain their gardens, someone to just visit with our seniors on a weekly period. Time commitment is whatever they can give me at least 2-4 hours would be great for certain projects but otherwise a 2 hour period would work. Most of my volunteers are my seniors that live here.
I am looking for seniors that are retired and were professors to give lectures to our seniors about their expertise.

We are an independent living community--we provide transportation to and from doctors, trips, etc. Our residents receive housekeeping, maintenance and concierge service. We are a 24-7 hour community. Many have walkers as they have aged in place at our community and many are still very independent.
