Do you have an interest in learning new skills while helping a family succeed in homeownership? We need people who can work along side a family to build a new home. Volunteers help with all phases of construction from framing, to drywall, to painting, to hanging trim. You do not need to be an expert, just be willing to learn, lend a hand and HAVE FUN!

Description
Habitat for Humanity builds new homes with low-income families who are not able to afford a house by other means. After construction, the family begins a zero-interest mortgage to pay for the house. In other words, Habitat does NOT give away hand-outs!
