Optum Palliative and Hospice is looking for just the right person to provide Billing Records Management. The volunteer will take responsibility for processing denied insurance claims for hospice patients. The position includes processing claims, data entry, and filing. The volunteer will also manage Memorial Contributions given to Optum Hospice. this position reports to the office manager. Skills needed Attention to detail Able to investigate and solve problems independently Computer skills, especially Excel Self-starter This position requires the ability to work within corporate and government structures guidelines to ensure compliance.
