Land Park Adopt-a-Park Event - Land Park Volunteer Corps holds its monthly cleanup of William Land Park on the following Saturdays monthly:
November 1 at 9 AM
The group will gather at the large picnic grounds directly behind Fairytale Town for a light breakfast. Small teams assemble and set off to prune, trim, rake, weed, plant, and mulch for a few hours. Then the teams head back to the picnic grounds to enjoy a catered lunch and to reflect upon time well spent and a job well done.
