You can help at our weekly or monthly vaccine clinics or come down daily to help clean and feed our animals, take them out to play or brush them to make them even more adoptable.

The Bakersfield SPCA is committed to promote the welfare of animals through public education; enforcement of laws; and the care and adoptions of abandoned, abused animals.
Description
Shelter which houses approximately 2,000 animals per year. We are also an adoption agency for these animals that are suited as adoptable. We euthanize only very vicious or very sick animals.
