Medi Home Hospice Mission Statement: Through a process of education and direct care, our mission is to provide quality care to the terminally ill patient/family/significant other and caregivers in the communities for which we are licensed to serve. The focus of care is Quality of life. Helping patients live with dignity. Experiencing each day as fully as possible. Helping the family to face the loss of their loved one.

Description

Medi Home Hospice is about helping individuals and their family's share the best days possible as they deal with a life-limiting illness. It's about adding quality of life, and helping our patients live those days as they choose.

An important part of our team is our volunteers. There is much to gain from being a hospice volunteer such as satisfaction, greater self-knowledge, and spiritual growth. Volunteering as little as a couple of hours a month can provide assistance to a patient or their family at the time when they need it most. The flexibility allows you to find an area of service that is uniquely suited to you. We invite you to be an important part of this gift, as a member of our team.
