The Willamette River Relay is Albany's newest multi-sport event! Hosted by the Calapooia Watershed, The Nature Conservancy, and the City of Albany, proceeds from this event will benefit river restoration and habitat improvements for native fish!
We can't make the Willamette River Relay happen without enthusiastic volunteers! Join us on August 15th, 2015 to help with race day operations including packet pickup, transition areas, aid stations, directing race traffic, and more!

Mission Statement
The Calapooia Watershed Council shall promote and sustain the health of the Calapooia Watershed. Stewardship, restoration, education, community involvement, and strategic partnerships are the tools we use in pursuit of this purpose.
Description
The Calapooia Watershed Council (CWC) was created by residents of the watershed in 1999, and is a community organization that promotes voluntary actions to improve the health of the watershed.
The primary goals of CWC include sharing information, coordinating restoration and protection actions to help address watershed management issues in the Upper, Middle and Lower Calapooia Watershed, reducing the duplication of activities, and providing a framework for coordination and cooperation among key interests.
