Helping Paws Animal Sanctuary is in need of dedicated volunteers to help us clean up after our kitties. Duties include sifting litter boxes, sweeping and mopping. Benefits include attention and affection from the kitties, purrs, and our gratitude! Shifts are usually from 3:00pm to 5:00pm but you are not required to stay any length of time.
Helping Paws Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no kill shelter, housing almost 200 healthy cats and kittens in addition to special needs, FIV and FELV cats. They are housed in rooms not cages; waited on by loving volunteers, have toys, TV’s with cat videos and water fountains. The goal of the shelter is to not only find them homes, but to provide a wonderful home for the cats while they are in our care.
