As a nonprofit organization, Foundation to Fly relies on volunteers to support our mission in many ways. Our goal is to utilize each person based on his or her gifts, talents, and skills. If you would like to partner with us to help every girl confidently claim that she matters, there is a place for you.
Volunteers can work on specific projects such as community service events or fundraisers, serve on committees to plan and implement activities, lead chapters or work behind the scenes creating fliers or managing social media such as our FaceBook page.

Foundation to Fly, Inc. empowers girls to be confident, self-assured leaders with an understanding of their impact on the world around them.
Description
Foundation to Fly is a non-profit organization and developer of research-based, enrichment programs that empower girls of all ages to be confident, self-assured leaders. Girls who participate in these programs experience more positive attitudes toward school and learning, as well as lower rates of anxiety, social phobia, and depression. In its’ Roots and Wings program, 3-5th grade girls are taught lessons rooted in social and emotional intelligence as well as universal traits of leadership. Over the course of the 10 month after school program, girls explore the impact of their decisions in their own lives and the lives of others, solidifying how much they matter.
