Goodwill Career Services "Put People to Work." Volunteers contribute to the services provided to job seekers and local employers. These services include: greeting new participants and providing them with information, assisting participants with job search by helping them identify appropriate careers, seeking out resources necessary to be qualified for a career, creating resumes, applying for jobs, and helping candidates prepare for interviews. The role may also include follow up with clients after they have utilized our services.
