Summit Community Hospice is a community based hospice providing end of life care to terminally ill patients and their loved ones throughout the Denver Metro Area. We are a small hospice, but are growing quickly and would love to have some additional help in our office. If you enjoy organizing, filing, working on projects, computer work, and answering the phone, we would love to have you join our team. Time commitment is flexible as the office is open M-F 8-5. We are a friendly, caring team who love our volunteers and all they share with us! When we have great office support, we are able to continue to provide excellent care to our patinets and their families.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide quality care for patients faced with a life limiting illness. The goal is to improve the quality of a person’s life through pain and symptom control, as well as with emotional and spiritual support.
We believe the patient and family are integral decision making members of the hospice team in planning care. Hospice offers an alternative to repeat hospitalizations. Hospice affirms life. It neither hastens nor postpones death but assists the patient and family in living with a life limiting illness. Hospice regards dying as a normal process at life’s end which we can provide dignity and comfort for the patient and loved ones.

Summit Community Hospice is a hospice care company that serves patients in communities throughout Denver and the surrounding metro area. Our hospice services help terminally ill patients face end-of-life issues with dignity and grace. Respecting the wishes of our patients and their families, we provide palliative care, emotional support and spiritual sustenance to improve quality of life at the end of life.
