- Interested in volunteering over the summer? Looking for a low-key, relaxed summer volunteer opportunity? Join WePAC at Samuel Gompers School (5701 Wynnefield Ave., close to Lower Merion) in digitizing Gompers' library, making it easier for students to locate and check out books. Learn to use a library database and meet others interested in making a difference in our school system. Volunteering will take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00am-2:30pm. We looking forward to seeing you there!

Repair the World Philadelphia was founded in 2013 to mobilize Jews and their communities to take action to pursue a just world, igniting a lifelong commitment to service. Philly Repair addresses pressing local needs through service, learning, and reflection grounded in Jewish values. Philly Repair strives to build deep relationships with local organizations, partners, and neighbors to amplify local voices, deepen the impact of service, and create a more equitable Philadelphia for all residents.
Description
Repair the World is a national Jewish nonprofit, based in New York City. Founded in 2009, Repair believes service in support of social change is vital to a flourishing Jewish community and an inspired Jewish life. By 2030, Repair will inspire and catalyze one million acts of service towards repairing the world.
