Volunteer to collect donations at Buttons4Autism on:

HarrysButtons.com is a micro-enterprise that was founded in 2004 by Harry Engnell Sr. to improve the lives of adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by providing opportunities for structured production-type employment for his adult son, Harry Jr., and his peers. In 2010, Harry Engnell Sr. donated HarrysButtons.com to Easter Seals Metro politan Chicago. Since that time, HarrysButtons.com has employed 70 students and clients and has made over 300,000 products for 500 businesses.

Help raise critical funds and improve the lives and futures of individuals living with Autism and other disabilities by giving your time to collect donations at local intersections in Tinley Park, IL. Invite your friends, family and co-workers to participate in this exciting opportunity. All participants must be 16 years and older. Safety vest, badges and collection containers will be provided. A button handmade at HarrysButtons at Easter Seals will be given for each donation. Volunteer shifts are available from 10am to 4pm.

We are looking for both team intersection captains and volunteers!

Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago (ESMC) maximizes independence and creates opportunities for more than 30,000 people with disabilities and other special needs to live, learn, work, and play in their communities by providing a lifespan of premier services. Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago has been one of the recognized leaders providing innovative services, creating solutions and changing lives of people with disabilities and other special needs since 1936. ESMC provides a wide-range of autism spectrum disorder services, which include three Autism Therapeutic Schools and two Adult Vocational Programs. ESMC has two locations for The Autism Program (TAP) Service Centers. Additionally, ESMC programs include a Military Veterans Program, four Early Childhood Programs, a Dental Program and an in house micro-enterprise entrepreneurial project called HarrysButtons.com.
