Enjoy being outdoors? Want to support the parks? The Lake Pleasant Regional Park is looking for a few friendly volunteers to help at the Nature Center and at the Entry Stations. Park patrons come with questions about the park, and it would be very helpful to have a friendly face greeting them and offering some information. Additionally, the right volunteer will be able to take phone calls and take entry fees and reservations in the park computer system. The hours vary and are flexible to the volunteer's schedule.

Description
From hiking on a barrier-free trail, to horseback riding along a creek, Maricopa County Parks offer visitors the best of the Sonoran Desert. At approximately 120,000 acres, Maricopa County is home to one of the largest regional park system in the United States. All trails within the Maricopa County Park System are for non-motorized use only. Ten parks in the system circle the metropolitan area and all are within a 45-minute drive from downtown Phoenix.
