Computer Lab Monitor at Senior Center

ORGANIZATION: Culver City Volunteer Program

Computer Lab
Our busy computer lab teaches hundreds of students each year - all thanks to dedicated volunteer teachers!

We are looking for a lab monitor for our WEDNESDAY MORNING open computer lab. Volunteer shift is from 9 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

Volunteers should be PC savvy (desktop Dell computers) and able to troubleshoot effectively and independently. Experience working with seniors is preferred and volunteers should also be patient and kind.

This is not a class, but an open lab where Senior Center members utilize the computers for their own needs. Volunteers are there to answer any questions and troubleshoot computer and printer problems, etc.

Perfect opportunity for students studying to be teachers or social workers, or anyone that wants to engage and empower our seniors about technology!
