Targeted Case Mangement (TCM) has created the "Family Voice" program to help support parents of children with emotional and mental health issues. Family Voice meetings offer parents educational opportunities, as well as a support group of parents dealing with similar circumstances. Volunteers are needed ot take care of the children and organize fun activities while the parents are meeting.
