Maintain literature racks, place signage in various areas of the hospital, update hospital monitors on a quarterly basis with new informational slideshow, assist Rush photographer with occasional photo shoots, promote various programs and special events via signage and distribution of printed material, order office supplies and marketing-related materials from various sources, use computer to access e-mail and print flyers from digital files for distribution.

Special skills or qualifications: computer skills, knowledge of advertising/marketing/promotion is preferred. Light lifting required, good communication skills a must, excellent customer service skills, flexiblity in schedule and ability to work an extra day occasionally would be a plus. Ability to work independently/unsupervised as well as part of a team.

Shift Times available include: Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays from 9am-1pm or 1-5pm.
