Volunteers of America Texas is in search of a volunteer who excels in administrative work.

The administrative support will assist the staff at VOATX’s Hutchins Facility - a residential re-entry center for men and women exiting the prison system - with office and administrative work. Volunteers will help organize paperwork, supplies, and aid the facility director with any office related task. The volunteer may also be responsible for computer documentation tasks.

Volunteers with good oral and written communication skills, experience using Microsoft Office, and good organizational skills are welcome to apply. Previous experience in administrative work is helpful, but not required.

Hours available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work part time of or full time hours (i.e. 10:a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., etc.), flexible scheduling during day time hours.
