ORGANIZATION: RSVP of Southeast Texas

Join a number of volunteers in Harris County and surrounding counties who are participating in a program called SMP (Senior Medicare Patrol). This program educates seniors on how to: Protect, Detect and Report Medicare fraud that is happening to them or their loved ones. Training will be available for those who are interested. This is a very serious problem that causes 60 Billion Dollars a year of Medicare fraud.

In doing so, RSVP will foster civic responsibility, strengthen the ties that bind us together as a people, and provide educational opportunity for those who make a substantial commitment to service.

RSVP is a gateway for volunteerism in the community. RSVP provides many free benefits including free volunteer insurance, learning opportunities, and volunteer recognition.
