Work with 9th thru 12th grade girls as mentors and advisors throughout their Gold Award projects. Attend monthly meetings (each meeting is typically 4-5 hours) in Gastonia, Lincolnton and Hickory to interview Gold Award candidates. Be available to assigned girls (typically 5-10 girls per year) via phone and email to answer questions and provide support/encouragement.
