Adopt-a-Park - Join in with neighbors and friends to help weed, prune, rake, dispose of debris, pick up trash and make the park a better place for all to enjoy. Please wear closed toed shoes and bring gloves if you have them. Also note that all volunteers will need to complete a City of Sacramento Short-term Volunteer Information and Agreement Form prior to starting work. To simplify the check-in process on the day of the event, it is helpful to download the form and bring it already signed. The form can be found at: http://portal.cityofsacramento.org/HR/Volunteer-Opportunities For more information and to sign up, please contact Angela Fisher at afisher@cityofsacramento.org or call: 916-808-2285. There are projects located at many parks and run 9 am to 12 Noon.
