Provide one-on-one assistance to an individual who wants to improve his/her English language skills to improve quality of life (work options, relationships, etc.) There is a waiting list of students needing help!

SOAR 55 is closing as of March 31. The SOAR 55 Nonprofit Management Consultants are exploring opportunites to become its own 501c3 program at this time
