In Homes and Facilities in the Garden Grove and Los Alamitos Area. Provide comfort and support at the end of Life to Patient's and their families in private homes and assisted living facilitites throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Sit with a patient and talk to them, hold their hand, read to them, sing to them, play cards with them. Give the caregiver a break so they can run errands, go to the Doctor, Grocery shop, etc. If you have any questions, please contact the CareCHOICES Hospice, Inc.
