The Center for Women in Transition assists women transitioning from the criminal justice system in successfully reintegrating back into their communities. You could provide a one-on-one mentoring relationship to a woman in need by helping her establish and stay focused on healthy and productive goals.
Female volunteers age 25 and older with a desire to listen commit to one hour per week for 8-12 months. Mentor training and support is provided.

Description
By providing transitional housing, basic necessities, case management, vocational services, behavioral health services, and life skills classes, Keyway continues to reduce recidivism and strengthen our community.
