Engagement Track Support Volunteer

Easter Seals Michigan is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated volunteer to assist clinical staff with engagement track procedures. Duties would include working closely and under the supervision of the assigned clinician in;

• making outreach calls
• sending outreach letters
• documenting outreach tasks in consumers Electronic Medical Record
• scheduling appointments in ODIN system
• other duties may include completing transportation requests and assisting consumers with initial intake paperwork

This volunteer position would suit a student looking for community service hours and/or work experience with an interest in human services, non-profit organizations and community mental health services.

Location: Southfield & Auburn Hills MI

Hours: up to 20 hours a week and flexible within normal business hours (this is an ongoing opportunity but we do ask volunteers to commit to at least 40 hours)
