Be a part of providing hundreds of fresh meals and snacks to kids and seniors throughout Larimer County by volunteering in the Nutritious Kitchen! Kitchen Assistants help with preparing and portioning food. No culinary training is necessary.
We are looking for volunteers to help once a week for a 2-hour shift on a regular schedule.
This program provides free meals and snacks to low-income children at a variety of Kids Cafe locations where children congregate during the after school hours-such as Boys and Girls Clubs and public schools. We also prepare meals for the Volunteers of America Smiling Spoon Cafés, which are served at senior centers and residential communities.
