Excelsior is looking for an individual with excellent organizational, and communication skills. The Volunteer schedule is flexible, although I would like to offer open hours during the school day year round.
Duties include,
Organizing books and materials.
Assisting clients with book choices.
Shelving books.
Decorating for themes and holidays.
Implementing a new check out and scanning system.
Excelsior’s volunteer process consists of, taking a Diana screening, participating in an interview, completing paperwork including a fingerprint card, and attending training. Background screenings are completed by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Colorado Department of Human Services. A clean background check is required.
