Become a Veteran Volunteer for Grace Hospice's Veteran to Veteran Program to give another Veteran companionship at the end of life.
A fellow Veteran shares a common bond that can make a patient feel comfortable enough to share experiences that family or friends may not understand. Grace Hospice is a Level 4 partner in the "We Honor Veterans" program and is dedicated to making sure that Veterans receive the best end-of-life care possible. It means so much to our Veteran patients when we honor them for their service to our country, and they would welcome your company.
