The ARL is hosting the "TEAM FINISH" exchange station during the Market-To-Market Relay on Saturday, May 9th from 3:00-8:30 PM.
We need 10 volunteers to help with set-up and tear-down, assist runners/exchange and direct runner/vehicle traffic. The exchange point will be on the west side of the downtown red Union Railroad Pedestrian Bridge.
The money raised at this event will go directly to the care of the homeless animals at the Animal Rescue League of Iowa. Enjoy this unique opportunity to give back, enjoy the sunshine, and saving lives all at the same time!
NOTE: The race directors will provide a fun volunteer race shirt!

The Animal Rescue League of Iowa is a dynamic, progressive-minded animal shelter dedicated to animals and people. In addition to our daily operations of caring for over 15,000 animals that come into our shelter every year, we also offer programs including pet adoption, pet behavior counseling, puppy & dog training classes, spay/neuter, animal cruelty intervention and our extensive volunteer program.
