Our Senior Guardianship Assistance Program in Forrest Grove is in need of a volunteer office assistant for 4 hours each week. Gain experience and support the community by helping with mail, filing, answering phones, copying and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• 18 years old
• Respectful of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Organized, professional, reliable and punctual.
• Ability and willingness to work as an agency team member and support the mission, values and goals of Impact NW.
• Repetitive motion, prolonged sitting, and extensive visual involvement.
• Moderate lifting.

Schedule and Commitment:

• Minimum commitment of 6 months
• 2 days per week for 2 hours each day
• Between 9 am - 5 pm, Mon - Fri

Location: Forrest Grove Office - 2037 Douglas St, Forest Grove, OR 97116
