(MRm414) Love rugby? Then join the Morris Rugby Organization as a Trustee and oversee all aspects of the towns 9 summer coed flag rugby programs for boys and girls ages 5 to 14. Responsibilities will include: delivering and enforcing corporate strategic objectives; meeting New Jersey SBRO and Game Safety Compliance; developing and refining Youth Flag Trustee job specification; providing regularly scheduled reports to the Corporate Board; overseeing development of coaches, referees, game schedules, locations, and rules; standardizing participation "rules" for 501(c)3 compliance, and more.

Description
VMC provides volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups of all ages through our affiliation with over 500 not-for-profits, schools and government entities. VMC goes beyond matching to educating volunteers. Professional development is offered to volunteer managers, agency boards, and individuals wishing to serve on a not-for-profit board of directors. Business partnerships enable us to assist them in planning and executing volunteer projects. In addition, outreach and senior services are offered through friendly visiting and telephone reassurance programs.
