ORGANIZATION: Notre Dame At Home

  • 33 people are interested

The Notre Dame Pedi Pals program is looking for volunteers! Our program works with and supports families that have a child with a life limiting illness. All of the care provided is done within the families own home. Volunteers are needed for direct care services such as tutoring, companionship, and complimentary therapies such as massage. Volunteers are also needed for indirect care such as helping with events and meal making.

With such a unique clientele, Pedi Pals requests that its volunteers make at least a 6 month commitment having 1-2 visits a month. Our volunteers must always practice confidentiality, stability, responsibility, and of course a passion for helping those in need. Trainings are held periodically at the Pedi Pal offices in Worcester, MA. Please contact Valerie Blanchard for more information.
