Whether it’s for civic engagement, love of country or the extra money you’ll earn for your time - being a poll worker is a fun and rewarding experience.
The Orange County Registrar of Voters is in need of hundreds of poll workers throughout Orange County. Election Day is Tuesday, November 6, 2018 and volunteer hours are from 6am to approximately 9:30pm. People are needed to serve as Inspectors and Clerks. Individuals must be registered to vote in the State of California or a Legal Permanent Resident to volunteer in Orange County. Poll workers earn paid stipend amounts: $160 to serve as Inspectors & $120 to serve as Clerks. Bilingual skills in Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, Farsi (Persian) and Tagalog are a plus.
