Included in the Parks Division is the parks and downtown maintenance, volunteer services, cemetery operations, the East Bay Golf Course and Provo Shooting Sports Park.

Description

Provo City has 50+ parks and trails that need volunteers to help maintain them. We partner with you in setting up project locations and times, as well as providing tools and any needed supervision.

• Trail clearing and building
• Raking leaves and general clean-up at each park and at the cemetery
• Planting flowers and shrubs at some of Provo's parks
• Repair and painting park benches
• Cleaning out leaves and weeds from along fence lines and paths
• Painting restrooms and pavilions
• Removing weeds and non-native trees from various hillsides
• Tree planting (seasonal)
• Clearing out dead branches from the river
