ORGANIZATION: Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region

Duties as assigned may include but are not limited to:

  1. Collating necessary forms/documents as needed
    1. Could include requisitions, purchase orders, BOL’s, invoices, etc.
    2. Alpha-numeric matching and filing
    3. Accuracy a must
  2. Project support
    1. Could include shredding old cards, forms, etc.
    2. Collate inserts into document binders
    3. Archiving reports, documentation
  3. Filing - Alpha-Numeric systems
    1. Could include Purchasing, Accounting, Retail, Go2 Services depts
  4. Computer work
    1. Could include data entry
    2. Make copies
  5. Tasks as assigned by any of the following depts:
    1. Purchasing, Accounting, Go2 Services, Retail, Business Services

Reliable

Daily communication to direct supervisor

To be told of issues, needs, etc. as they arise

Phone call if going to be late or absent

Neat and Professional

Personal calls kept to a minimum
