Join us the Second Friday of the Month
at 7:00 PM, May - September for evenings of
Art, Music, Food, Friendship and FUN!
Volunteers get to enjoy a summer evening under the stars and help with the event through an array of activities that fit your skill set and availability including set-up/strike, greeting, bartending, and ticket sales.
Because there are bar sales at our Summer Concert Series, we can't allow for volunteers to work the event under the age of 18. The Set Up and Strike are available to minors.
Set-Up(10am to 1pm) This involves setting up our check in areas, bar areas, lounge furniture and cocktail tables in the garden. Some minor heavy lifting is involved, but there are additional duties if you’re unable to do any heavy lifting. Dress code is casual.
Bartenders-We will have a bar area in our main garden. We are looking for friendly, outgoing volunteers to be bartenders for the event. Volunteers MUST be a minimum of 21 years of age for this position. Duties involve standing and serving wine, beer, water and soft drinks to event patrons. Dress code is business casual.
