For Dia del Nino (Day of the Child), John Marshall Elementary School is holding a school-wide event where students will engage in a variety of fun activities.
We will need 15-20 volunteers who can help out with the activity stations (for ex: painting station, obstacle course station, gameboard station, etc.)
Each station will be thirty minutes long. We will need approximately 2 volunteers to make sure everything runs smoothly. There will be a teacher present at each station as well. Once the thirty minutes are up, another class will enter the station.

Description
Western Youth Services (WYS), founded in 1972, is a community-based non-profit agency that provides prevention and mental health treatment services for troubled youth and their families. WYS programs include children's mental health clinics throughout Orange County; services in Family Resource Centers in Anaheim, Brea, Fullerton, La Habra, Orange, Westminster and Huntington Beach; and counseling and crisis intervention services for the Orangewood Children's Home, a facility that cares for abused and neglected children. In public-private partnership with the Orange County Health Care Agency and local School Districts, WYS also provides services on-site in public schools throughout the County. WYS employs nearly 200 staff, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, family counselors, and support personnel. It also serves as a training site for clinical interns. A volunteer Board of Directors comprised of professionals from business, human services, health care, and education governs the agency.
