Think this volunteer is having a good time?

We are event planners for charity golf tournaments that are wonderfully fun. Knowledge of golf isn't necessary but if you know your way around a golf course that's a plus. We are looking for people--from age 18-to senior citizens with good personalities who like meeting people. Sometimes we need volunteers to work in the morning during Registration (2-3 hours). Sometimes we need people to work contest holes on the golf course (4-6 hours) For those who love the outdoors and have the time you can work the entire event (8-10 hours). We will feed you and your job will be fun. If it turns out you like this work and are good at it we will use you more often and pay you ($50) per event. We produce about 30 events a year from Santa Barbara to San Diego so having your own transportation is a must. If you really like the work and can travel, we'll find a spot for you. So please get in touch

About The Mulligan Man

Location:

Eric Tracy, 4951 Reforma Road, Woodland Hills, CA 91364, US

Mission Statement

As The Mulligan Man we have helped raised millions of dollars for non-profit charities as a consultant, on-course entertainer and Master of Ceremonies/Auctioneer for more than 300 charity golf tournaments in the last 10 years.

Description

We work 4-8 times per month organizing and operating charity golf tournaments at some of the finest golf courses in Southern California.

The day is broken down into three areas; Registration of Golfers, the Golf Tournament itself and the Awards Banquet that follows the tournament.

The volunteer opportunities are mostly outdoors and include helping in the Registration of golfers prior to the tournament beginning, working contest holes on the golf course and at the Awards Banquet after the tournament. Meals are included along with other perks.

We are looking for bright people with good personalities who enjoy being around mostly men golfers--although we have 4-12 women golfers per event.

Knowledge of golf is not necessary, however it is helpful if you have some knowledge of the game and it's etiquette. The events themselves are 8-10 hour days but volunteers can work shorter hours.
