Come join the Girls on the Run staff at one of our PRE-5k packet pick-up locations! Volunteers will unload materials, organize running bibs, distribute 5k day t-shirts and assist with registration. Healthy snacks and high-fives will be provided!

We prepare 3rd-8th grade girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
Description
Girls on the Run is a life-changing, experiential learning programs for girls in 3rd through 8th grade. The program combines training for a 3.1 mile running event with self-esteem enhancing and empowering workouts. The goals of the programs are to encourage positive emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical development. We envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.
