Event Workers - Literacy Run / Walk 2014

The Literacy Volunteers of Rensselaer County NY will be holding the 12th annual 5K Run /Walk for Literacy on Sunday May 4, 2014 at the Rensselaer Tech. Park (off of Route 4 in Troy/North Greenbush).

- KIds Run.....Fun Run (1Mile)....5K Run/Walk

At this time we need event workers.

On the Saturday May 3rd before Race Day, we will need help with preregistration at the Tech Park and help transport tables, chairs and supplies from the Literacy Office to the Tech Park.

On the race day we need help moving chairs and tables to the registration site, setting-up the race course, registering participants, providing information to participants, managing traffic, acting as timers, selling t-shirts, etc.

We would like to have volunteers signed up by Sunday, April 27th. We will need name, address, email, and phone number.
