Dance Recital Usher and Box Office Assistant. Do people love your outgoing and friendly smile? Do you enjoy meeting new people? Do you have a background in friendly customer service? We are looking for SIX to EIGHT volunteers to assist with the pre-school dance recital.
Volunteer Ushers will hand out programs, collect tickets for the performance and provide direction to the seat or escort the ticket holder to the seat location if needed.
Box Office Assistant will hand out tickets at will call and assist the box office staff with other needs.
Upon arrival at the Hemmens. Please go to the box office ask for Jan Monell (cell 847-909-7865) to receive the instructions for the evening.
Required:Please arrive at 6:00 PM for specific instructions. Please dress in a collar shirt and khaki or black pants, no jeans or t-shirts.
Volunteers must sign a waiver form.
Any volunteers under the age of 18 must have a waiver form signed by a parent or guardian.
