Position Title: TreeHouse Adult or Collegiate Volunteer
Description of Project/Purpose of Assignment: To provide high levels of customer service and an appealing retail store experience.
Outline of Volunteer’s Responsibilities or List of Tasks:
-Answer customer questions about the hospital, TreeHouse and merchandise in shop
-Conduct financial transactions accurately and promptly
-Assist with merchandise inventory and labeling
-Provide customer service including inflation of balloons and packaging gift items
-Other service-oriented tasks as needed
Outcomes/Goals: For volunteers to experience satisfaction providing excellent customer service to Dell Children’s Medical Center patients, their families and visitors, staff and other volunteers.
Teens may volunteer but must first complete the summer-time 8-week teen volunteer program. Reply to this post indicating that you are interested in the teen volunteer program and you will be added to the informational list to come out in mid-April.

Full service hospital gift shop offering over 2000 items including toys, gifts, balloons, cards, stuffed animals, beverages, snacks, sundries, toiletries, over the counter medicines, postage stamps, books, magazines and gift certificates. Free gift packaging is offered on purchases.
