L.A. Works

Do you have experience with social media marketing, and a desire to help a small nonprofit create a professional online presence? Help out a nonprofit in need! The United Job Creation Council provides mentoring services to increase access to job interview preparation, job training and retention opportunities for at risk youth, teens and the disadvantaged local population.

UJCC has a limited staff, and though unable to dedicate someone to maintaining a social media presence, they would like to develop one. They are looking for someone dedicated to their mission who will commit to maintaining an active social media presence for them, and who can also help them design and manage that strategy.

This position will involve a recurring part time commitment for as long as you are willing to be of service. After initial meetings, it is likely that all service can be rendered remotely. In just a couple of hours a week you can make a night-and-day in the visibility of this organization and their mission!
