Do you have experience with online business collaboration tools like Google Apps and Office 365, and an interest in helping an organization strategically plan their use of these tools? School on Wheels provides mobile tutoring, school supplies and support to homeless children in grades K-12, with the goal of closing education gaps for these students and providing them with educational opportunities they would otherwise be denied.

School on Wheels currently uses both Google Apps and Office 365, and use of these tools is rather scattered and disorganized across their nearly 30 employees. They would like someone to consult with them on their current situation and help them figure out which solution makes the most sense for them, and help them standardize their practices.

This is a deep-dive-type project, and as a volunteer you will work one-on-one as a coach with this organization to help them choose and implement a solution that fits into their strategic plan for serving the community. After an initial meeting to decide on the right solution for the organization and scope the project, we’ll turn you loose to apply your expertise to building School on Wheels’ capacity to serve those in need!
