In 1776, two opposing armies met on the battlefield. One army believed in keeping things as they were, the other believed there was something more and yearned for Independence. We all know how that story ended but on June 29 th, we are going to see if we can re-write history... through exercise!
Are you enthusiastic? Enjoying encouraging people to do their best? Want to try a new experience? Then join us on Sunday, June 29th in the morning to help encourage runners to do their best and fight! As volunteers you will help to direct participants along the course, hand out refreshments, register participants and so much more. The course for this 5k will include Independence National Historical Park, the streets of Old City and the scenic views of Penn’s Landing.
