We are looking for volunteers to come in to our center once a week and visit with some of our residents. Some of our guests would rather stay in their room than come out to the common area to socialize, so we want to bring the socializing to them! When you come in, you would check with the activities director to see if there are any residents that could especially use company that day, and then you would go to their room and say hi! Chat, play games, get refreshments, or just be a sympathetic ear- every time you come in you'll be making a difference in the life of a senior. Please contact me if you're interested!
