Volunteers Needed for Dinner/Concert Set Up at Paramount Studios (MUST RSVP)

Sign up for a few hours or stay all day:

7:00 AM - 11:30 AM

MORNING SET UP: Assist Design Team unloading trucks, sort boxes to go to each location on site. Assist with placing, hanging items where needed (plants, signs, props)

11:00 AM - 3:30 PM

MID-DAY SET UP: Assist with arranging Silent Auction items as needed and continue to set up each location on site. Help place signage and props

3:00 PM - 7:30 PM

EVENING SHIFT #1: Assist with guest flow at event and silent auction space. Set up food in Hospitality Tent

5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

EVENING SHIFT #2: Assist silent auction. Help in the Hospitality Tent/Green Room and help packing up when concert is over. Play a part/resident in the interactive "Sustainable Neighborhood"

8:00 PM - 12:00 PM

EVENING SHIFT #3: Assist with closing out and packing up

Description

Since 1984, NHS has developed and rehabilitated over 13,000 housing and commercial units, placed 2.47 million families on the road to homeownership, created 175 block clubs, employed 200 neighborhood youth, and invested more than $2.43 billion back into some of Los Angeles’ toughest neighborhoods.
